Fairy tales in Ukrainian for children in unsafe times and places

Two Slovakian volunteers, Soňa Pekarovičová, a special pedagogue, and Katka Makara, working in marketing, understood how important the stories and fairy tales are – not only for children. They collected links to various websites where the Ukrainian kids can read, listen to and watch stories and books in their own language. Familiar tales in the mother tongue tend to evoke a sense of safety. Their parents, or educators and volunteers in the countries they fled, can connect to these children in a very natural way.
