This Recurring Payments Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for Registered Users.
Membership fees can be paid securely using credit or debit cards via Stripe, or through PayPal. All payments are processed using encrypted, PCI-compliant technology.
Membership operates on an annual subscription basis. The payment covers twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Unless disabled by the member, all memberships paid through Stripe or PayPal are set to automatic yearly renewal.
By completing the purchase, the member expressly agrees to the automatic renewal of the annual subscription unless auto-renewal is disabled.
On the renewal date, the same payment method used for the initial transaction will be charged.
Members may disable auto-renewal at any time in their online account settings.
Auto-renewal must be disabled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.
If auto-renewal is turned off, the membership remains active until the end of the paid period and may be renewed manually.
How to Disable Automatic Renewal
1. Log in to your Member Area at:

2. Go to the My Memberships section.
3. Click the Cancel button next to your active membership.
4. A confirmation message will appear.
Click YES to confirm the cancellation of automatic renewal.
Once auto-renewal is cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
If an automatic payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), the member will receive an email notification.
If payment is not completed within fourteen (14) days, the membership may be temporarily suspended at the discretion of ESTD until the outstanding amount is settled.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current and accurate.
Payment details may be updated at any time through the member’s online dashboard.
Refunds are not issued automatically.
Any member requesting a refund must submit a written request to the ESTD Board.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Board.
ESTD does not store or process credit or debit card details directly.
All card and PayPal transactions are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and applicable data protection regulations.
Members who wish to pay the membership fee by bank transfer may do so using the bank and billing details provided below.
To complete the payment by bank transfer, the full membership fee must be transferred to the ESTD bank account.
Any bank charges or transfer fees must be covered in full by the member.
After completing the bank transfer, the member is required to send the payment confirmation (proof of transfer) by email to the ESTD administrative assistant.
Upon receipt of the payment confirmation, the ESTD administrative assistant will manually activate the membership in the system.
Once the membership has been activated, the member will receive an automatic system email confirming the activation of the membership.
The membership period for payments made by bank transfer is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation, not from the date the transfer was made.
Payments made by bank transfer do not support automatic renewal. Members paying by bank transfer are responsible for renewing their membership manually before the expiration date.
