This is a reminder that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online via Zoom on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7:30pm (Warsaw time). Please mark your calendar and make plans to attend this important meeting.
Agenda for the AGM:
- Opening and Quorum Verification
- Selecting additional members of the Assembly’s Presidium: DeputyChairperson and Secretary
- Selecting a three-member Elections Committee of the Assembly by open vote
- Approval of the meeting agenda by vote
- Changes in the board in 2023 and 2024
- Approval of the minutes from the AGM in November 2023
- Presentation of the annual report by the President and approval by vote
- Presentation of the financial Annual Report and audit for 2023, and approval by vote
- Discussion and vote on the proposed resolution: Rules and guidelines for board elections
- A brief overview of recent activities
- Announcement about the next AGM in 2025
- Questions and Discussion

Please note that in the event we do not have a quorum at the scheduled start time, the meeting will be adjourned and reconvened at 7:45.
